For $40 per month, the price of less than one cup of coffee per day, anyone can sponsor a child through CFA. This amount of money will provide a good portion of the food, clothes, housing and primary education (K-8 grade) for a child living in one of the two group homes in East Africa. After eighth grade each student will then go to boarding school to be able to continue their education through high school!
At that time the cost for CFA triples for each child. Some sponsors choose to help with boarding school while some may not be able. There are opportunities to supplement boarding school expenses for the children whose sponsors are not able to cover the whole cost. Following secondary education, there are opportunities to support the child/young adult for further education or training to help them obtain a job.
